How is it different from a regular screen (LCD/OLED)?
Avenn uses e-paper made of thousands of locally controlled micro-capsules of ink. The image reflects ambient light like paper: matte look, no glare, low eye strain. Once displayed, it consumes almost no power.
Result: you don’t see a connected screen, but a true framed print-like artwork.
Can I display something other than artworks?
Yes. Whether it’s the day’s schedule, a menu, or your venue’s safety plan, Avenn has virtually no content limits. The only rule: use a JPG/PNG file in 2560×1440 px.
Does the device work offline?
Yes. Visuals are stored locally and display without internet. The connection is used to load new images or sync playlists.
How long can an image stay on screen?
For weeks or even months: e-paper mainly consumes power when changing images. For example, with one change per day, the device can run for around 150 days.
Supported formats (menus, activities, announcements)?
JPG (recommended) and PNG. Perfect for menus, daily activities, event announcements, promotions, etc.
